What financial support is available for me if I want to enter Higher Education?

Generally financial support for students in Higher Education comes in two forms - money to help you pay for your studies (tuition fees) and money to help you pay your normal living expenses such as rent, food and bills (student loan). It is highly likely that you will have to repay much of this money when you leave HE and find work however it is worth pointing out that there is additional financial support available for those who come from lower income families and also that you do not need to repay money until you are earning above a certain salary every year.
